Company Background
Our company was originally funded over 40 years ago by our founder and his two brother in Indonesia.
The company specialized in local parts supply and vehicle repair. Over the years, the company expended
into Aftermarket parts wholesales distribution and Japanese OEM parts distribution for the commercial
trucks. Currently it is one of the top 5 distributors of aftermarket parts in Indonesia.
During the late 90's, many aftermarket parts company in Southeast Asia falter due to the Asia currency
crisis. Our company was one of the fortunate not only to survive, but prosper during this uncertain period.
It is during this time that our company experience significant growth and begin it venture into water pump
production.
In early 2000, Our company form the joint venture with supplying factory to produce water pump for our
Fujikura line of water pump. Fujikura Water Pump is for Southeast Asia Market. The production facility is
ISO9001:2000 certified. Currently have about 250 employees through out production.
In 2001, we begin our market research in North America focusing in the water pump business. We
established a small local office in Gardena and began target market research and sending product
samples back to Asia for development.
In 2002, we established the OAW line of Water pump specifically design for North America market. The
water pumps received upgraded bearing and seal to ensure that product has durability that meets market
demand. In addition, we offer one year limited warranty on all water pump mark with OAW logo. Container
order shipments to North America customer began in June 2002
In 2003, Shanghai distribution center was established to coordinate the customer orders and containers
that are shipping out of China. The distribution center have 40,000 sqf of space and can handle 10
different container shipments a once.
In 2004, OAW Water Pump established the North America regional headquarter in Pomona, CA. The
warehouse have 20,000 sqf of space and carries 250-300 different water pump part number. The goal is
to have products available in stock close to the market where we can fill order and have trunaround within
48-72 hours from the time order is received.
